Below are the actions from the meeting: All Action 1 – All – anyone wishing to join the committee please submit nomination to WD secretary wdsnpsecretary@gmail.com by 8th Jan 2026 Action 6 - All – Share info about crime prevention visit with neighbours - This can be requested via WestDulwich@met.police.uk Action 8 - All to share message about the importance of logging all crime and sharing information with SNT Action 14 All - Share that concerns about vulnerable neighbours can be shared with Cllr JC - JCavanagh@lambeth.gov.uk Action 19 All – Sign up yourself and encourage others to sign up to Met Engage - Home Page - Met Engage Action 20 All – any one able to spare some time to help get data into the Travel Guardian system contact PV Judith Action 2 – JC to share report on findings of late opening of Brockwell Park – if crime stats not obvious, reopen above action for Lamins replacement to update on HH SNT experiences. Action 10 - JC To arrange for FC to attend Peabody TA meeting Action 13 JC – To provide e- introduction between Jackie Chair of Lairdale TRA and PV. New Action 16 JC – To contact Hannah from the TFL travel team and reiterate concerns about the safety of the junction from Croxted Road across South Circular heading north and the confusing road markings – done and response received. Confusing nature of arrow, acknowledged and it may be far enough from the junction to be a southwark repaint job rather than needing TFL included. Action 22 JC – To share contact info for Peabody Housing Association with Police PV Action 3 – PV and AJ follow up with the local Primary Care Network and then ask Norwood Forum to host the updated draft to be accessed via their “Safer Norwood” and/or “Thriving Norwood Pages” Action 5 PV – To collate guidance with regards parcel delivery, and once it has been shared by the police – circulate this across Lambeth. Action 7 PV – To find out and circulate details of who to contact to request place on cadets scheme Action 3 – PV and AJ follow up with the local Primary Care Network and then ask Norwood Forum to host the updated draft to be accessed via their “Safer Norwood” and/or “Thriving Norwood Pages” Action 17 PV –To publicise fire safety checks for premises with residences above them Action 18 PV – Publicise FB Battery/charging danger awareness events on NW - Alert Police Action 9 – Police To include the bench on Trinity rise by the church on walk rounds Action 21 – Police - To share details of what areas are the key concerns for WD residents signing up to Met Engage. Michael Action 11- MA – To identify if there are departments that assess accidents to review road safety and if there is a way people can report any accidents/near misses directly Action 23 – MA to raise concern about street drinkers hanging around Rosendale shops near Peabody estate with licencing team Susan Action 15 SH – Ask GM if there is any route to support hoarders in the FB – email sent, waiting for response Action 24 – SH to liaise with PL re speed watch event for RR - email sent New Action 25 – SH to provide general advice re reporting misuse of ebikes/scooters: For abandoned or badly parked bikes you can use FixMyStreet –selecting the abandoned bikes/scooters category, which will forward to correct operator.
